Umpqua Insurance Agency, Inc. is now offering our valued customers the ability to make online check payments through our secure website.

Please be advised that submitting an electronic check "DOES NOT" constitute receipt of payment.  You will receive an email confirmation once we have processed your electronic check. 

If you are billed directly by the carrier follow their billing instructions provided on your statement and send your payment directly to the company.  Click Here to go to our Billing Center, which lists company information.
