Certificates

I know that Certificates are a very important part of your insurance program; and I recognize the importance of working on your schedule, not ours.  It is a pleasure to accept your requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your requests will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation within 24 business hours.

Please log into our website to request the certificate.

 

 

 

To make certain your requests are correctly and promptly processed, there are several simple things you can do.

1.
Be sure to send us your request at least 4 business hours prior to your deadline

2. Make certain we always have the certificate holders address.  We can  email or fax the Certificate if you provide the fax number or email address.

3. Provide all special wording or endorsements required by the certificate holder. It helps if you can provide us a copy of the contract wording.  If you have any questions about special wording or conditions required, please email or fax us a copy of applicable contracts and we will review them for you.

4. Please remember that we can not change, alter, amend or add coverage to your policy, simply by issuing a certificate of insurance. In doing so, it is a grave violation of the state insurance law. If you need to request a change to your policy, please click here to sign.
